How to file a copyright infringement notice.

RankifyPro respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on RankifyPro.com infringes your copyright, please send a written notice including:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  2. Identification of the material on our site to be removed, including the URL.
  3. Your contact information — name, address, telephone and email.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner.
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder (or authorised to act on the rights holder's behalf).
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notice

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with similar information. We will pass valid counter-notices to the original complainant.

Repeat infringers

Accounts (where applicable) found to repeatedly infringe will be terminated.
